1. Franchise Availability: Each pre-order package guarantees the customer the opportunity to secure one GIZMO kiosk franchise. Subject to availability and location eligibility, customers may have the option to purchase up to a maximum of five franchises.
2. Location Exclusivity: The company ensures that each franchise location is at least two miles away from any existing GIZMO kiosk. This exclusivity is subject to the availability of suitable locations within the desired area.
3. Refund Policy for Ineligible Locations: In the event that no suitable locations are available within the requested area, or if the location is deemed ineligible due to its placement or the type of business in the vicinity, the company will refund 85% of the pre-order package fee.
4. Communication of Location Status: The company will communicate the status of the selected location to the customer promptly after evaluation. If the location is deemed ineligible, the customer will be informed of the reasons for ineligibility.
5. Refund Process: Refund requests for ineligible locations must be made within a specified timeframe after notification of ineligibility. The refund process will be initiated promptly upon receipt of the request and will be subject to the terms outlined in the refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the unavailability of suitable franchise locations or the ineligibility of selected locations for franchise placement.

By purchasing a pre-order package, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the limitations outlined herein.
